01 — The firm
26 years with the same seriousness as our first case.
Marsaioli Advogados was founded in Santos in 1999. For more than 26 years, the firm has supported individuals and companies across Brazil from its home in the Baixada Santista, in the state of São Paulo.
Under the direction of Dr. Marcelo Vallejo Marsaioli, the firm brings together 19 professionals — attorneys, legal assistants and administrative staff — organized into 12 specialized practice areas.
We work across the entire life cycle of a matter, from prevention to outcome. Clients deal directly with the people working on their case: no queues, and no loss of context between departments.
Santos is home to Brazil's largest port, and our practice reflects it: from condominium and real estate matters to employer-side labor defense and the corporate needs of the port and logistics chain.

05 — How we work
Listen before acting
Our first meeting is about understanding what is at stake. Only then do we map out the way forward.
Show scenarios, not just one path
We make a recommendation and lay out the alternatives, with their pros, cons and costs.
Stay with you to the end
You speak with the people handling your case, from first contact to outcome.
Favor settlement where it makes sense
When it does not, we litigate with the same resolve.
Tell us what is at stake. We'll take it from here.
The first meeting carries no obligation to engage us. Simply get in touch or speak with our front desk.
